Select 'pick up instore' at the checkout stage.
You have the option to select a collection date up to 5 days in the future, and we will confirm by message when your order is ready.
Unfortunately, our store storage is very small and we can't commit to store any items longer than 5 days.
and please bring ID or proof of your purchase.
Local Delivery
We are proud to offer local delivery within NW3 postcode.
Orders place before 12pm will be delivered same day by 6pm, otherwise orders placed after 12pm will be delivery next day before 6pm.

Local delivery is free and available for order over £40.

UK Shipping
We ship orders every weekday.
Orders placed before 12:00 a.m. will be shipped the same day.
Weekend orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping orders are shipped by DHL with tracking and delivery Monday to Friday.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
Please also note that we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

We ship our deliveries in re-used cardboard boxes or dpd box with bubble wrapping that we receive from our suppliers.
