Okie Doki Loki is a collaboration with the legendary YouTube beer reviewer Simon "Stone the Crows" Martin (Real Ale Craft Beer). Named after his happy little dog Loki.

A powerful, assertive aroma bursts from the glass, dominated by a trio of hop-derived sensations. Resinous pine and dank earth from Columbus and Simcoe form the foundation, quickly followed by a bright, zesty citrus medley of grapefruit from Cascade and sweet orange from Amarillo. The inclusion of bitter orange peel in the boil adds an authentic, aromatic top note of fresh orange zest that melds seamlessly with the hop profile. The malt character is subtle with a caramel backbone, providing a hint of clean, cracker-like sweetness in the background.
